Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Orders and Cancellations for Fitness Equipment:

  • All equipment orders are considered confirmed and processed only after the client places an order on our website.
  • Clients wishing to cancel their equipment order must notify our support desk within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Modifications to order tenure or quantity can be made by contacting our support team and specifying the necessary changes.
  • Refunds for payments made will be processed back to the source account within 5-7 working days.
  • Once equipment is delivered to the customer, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Clients have the option to terminate their subscription before the designated tenure ends; however, this is subject to early termination fees and charges outlined in our terms and conditions.

2. Training Services:

  • Training service orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement; no cancellations or refunds will be provided after this period.
  • Dissatisfaction with coaches or services must be reported to our support staff, who will assess the request for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to terms and conditions, and Elv8 reserves the right to approve or deny such requests.
  • Clients have the flexibility to change their coaches, guides, or packs, subject to the terms outlined in our policies.

Policy Changes:

We reserve the right to modify, alter, or update this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Customers will be promptly notified of any changes through email or app notifications.
